Personalized Email
Email Templates to Share With Your Contacts
Let your network know that Arm DevSummit tickets are available, highlight key features of the event and encourage them to get a ticket now.
These email templates make it easy for you to encourage your network to book tickets and secure a spot in hands-on workshops. We have provided a generic event email as well as emails for the different topic tracks.
Adjust the email copy to fit your style and perhaps adds a message about why you think they should attend.
Email Signature
Email Signature Design
In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail. Click on “Signatures.” Click “New” to add a new signature. Give the new signature a name you can remember like “Arm DevSummit.”
Open the email signature image file Arm_DevSummit_Email_Signature.jpg in any graphics program image, copy and paste into the blank email signature.
Select the Arm DevSummit image, right click and select Link, copy and paste the following URL into the Address field, once pasted, click OK:
Add your contact information above the hyperlinked image. Assign the signature to the desired email account for New Messages and Replies/Forwards and hit “OK” to save. Send yourself an email to test the signature.

Share an overview slide of the event in meetings or add a slide to any presentations you do in the lead-up to Arm DevSummit:
Download the PowerPoint and copy and paste your preferred slide/s into your own presentations. A suggested script has been added into the notes section, feel free to alter this to your style.
